There is a new rumor running around, that Apple may be adding iAds to books downloaded on from their iBooks store. While this would mean a continuous cash flow from books, even after you buy the book, it also means you may see a splash of color at the bottom of your books.
One good thing about this could mean that Books that would normally cost you 10 bucks, may be brought down in price with the promise of ad clicks and revenue from them. But, who would want ads in their books? I know I wouldn’t. I’m all for people finding new and inventive ways to make money, however adding ads to a book shouldn’t be one way.
