The opinions of the authors do not represent Review Theory as a whole, all original content is owned by Review Theory unless explicitly stated. All content owned by other parties is sourced accordingly. Any and all images used on this site, if not explicibly stated as being owned by ReviewTheory.com are either owned and copyrighted by their respective owners (and/or) are free domain. We do not take credit for finding/making these items, unless of course it has our watermark on it.
Please read our ToS for more information pertaining to Comments and Forum posts. ReviewTheory.com reserves the right to use any information posted on our site in our news posts, unless told not to by the poster of said information, including images and videos.

Tracking Information
We use Google Analytics and other tracking services to maintain site relevant statistics. Any information gathered using these programs is not shared with anyone, outside of ad companies to help our demographic view relevant ads. Example of information used would be to tell if the User is from a non-english speak nation, so as to show the ads in the language of the User. Information gathered is purely on a geographical location, e.g. the User livers in town A. No personal information, such as IP Addresses and Names are shared with anyone, including Google Analytics.
Any information inputed into the Comments or Forums section, however, is not the responsibility of ReviewTheory.com, the User realizes that people can view this information, even guests to the site, and that some may try to use it to do malisicous attacks on our members. We ask that you do not post personal information on the comments or forums, but instead keep that kind of information confined to the Private Messages.
As a side, Google Analytics does not save your IP Address.

Our Information Sharing Practices

Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we reserve the right, and you hereby expressly authorize us, to share any User Data: (1) in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (2) if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or property; (3) if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding significant abuse of RDT’s infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of information); (4) to a parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us (in which case we will require such entities to honor this Privacy Policy).
